What to do in case of cheque bounce?

I was working with a company since 0ct'09 till Apr'10 . Company was very irregular in paying salaries. they paid october salary on 15th nov. then they used to pay salaries in installments, like 5000/- once, after somedays anither 5000/-. like this it carried on. I couldnot leave the company as my salary was stuck and moreover they asked me to sign a bond on joining. then in april when they couldnot pay us anymore they asked us to leave without giving any notice. still we accepted and they gave us two cheques as full and final settlement. the cheque had 15th may as date of clearing, but before 15th they send us an email requesting to put cheques on 25th. and again before 25th they asked us to put the cheques on 5th June, stating it will clear definitely. But now the cheque has bounced, even after putting on 5th. I wrote an email back asking explanation, but there is no response. what can i do in this case? how to file case? moreover i m in my native city and company is in someother city.
