What's wrong with my social studies teacher?

okay so i'm an 8th grader,and i have a social studies teacher,she's 5 feet,light skined,light blue eyes,short light blonde hair,wheres oval black gles and has the size of GUAM she wrote people up for hugging in halways(insane).So she makes us write in skript in social studies,Gives us spelling tests(which we have to rite in script with)& vocabulary tests too(in script).She called my mom up saying she was "conserned"about me the second day of school when i have a 92 avrg in social studies?Than on the progress report we got SHES the only one who marked off bad stuff.Then i was out for 2 days with strep , and she igned homework,(which was a sheet she handed out to us)&when i came back we had to hand it in & i was like i was absent and she goes not my problem and writes my down for missing homework?Than i ask her a question about the test today and why all the defintions that she made us study werent on it and only some and she goes "goodbye ali"whats wrong with this physco !AND:I was late for her cl because i forgot my binder which had her notes and she made me answer 10questions because i was minute late and it was on stuff we just learned not to long ago ?is that even allowed and she was all like "reality starts here"
