I need anybody that lives in upstate NY?

hi can anybody help me please,... i need somebody that lives in up state NY, which doesn't have T mobile service,,.. the reason i need is ( I would like to cancel my plan from t moblie and I need somebody that lives in upstate ny NY which deasn't have service,...
