Why am i always cold?

i had on a fuzzy hoodies and thick sweatpants with socks and a blanket while eating some warm pancakes,but i was still freezing!my hands are also always very cold.i'm either really cold when im not susposed to be,or not cold at all when its like below zero.why does this happen?haha im just curious:]
