What accents do you think are smooth and beautiful, and which ones are crude?

I think the Spanish accent, the three main English accents (Lower Cl, Middle Cl, Upper Cl), the American accent (neutral/Californian), the Japanese accent, the Chinese accent, the Filipino accent, the Finnish accent, the French accent and the Korean accent are smooth and liquid, while the New Zealand (Pakeha) accent, the Australian accent, the New Zealand Maori accent, the German accent and the Pacific Islands accents (I'm grouping them together cause they're similar, but mainly Tongan and Samoan) are all really crude, and some are a bit guttural, like German. What's your opinion?
