My friend brings me down all the time?

My best friend compares me to her other friend,she will moan about how my hair is a little bit ginger,how i always look washed out even with makeup on,she'll moan my nails are untidy,she'll moan my school unifrom has a stain on it,she'll moan that my mother won't let me have my hair dyed and nails done and use fake tan like her,we're two completely different people,she's the more makeup,glamour and celebs kind of girl while i'm more the kick ***,rebal,dont give a crap kind of girl,i don't want to lose her as a friend and if i moan at her about it she gets grumpy which me,what should i do?
