It sounds like you have anxiety with a large dash of OCD. I used to be like that. Every time a plan flew over our house I would panic because I thought it was going to bomb us to crash-land on us. I panicked about other things too, but they're a little more personal. I saw a school counselor who referred me to a psychiatrist. Either ask your GP to recommend some for you, or do some research and do it yourself. I am now medicated and feeling much better.
