Where can i download a edited pc version for Midnight Club 3 as a torrent or from strongdc++ ?

I know this game only appeared on ps2, psp and xbox but i played before console games that worked on pc( Onimusha 3 and Burnout Revenge - you can find it on strongdc on a hub called demonik share) and i wonder if there's a version that works for pc too.
