What kind of ovary is it? an ovary turned upside down and dog style is the best position to coceive?

I have never heard of that, but I can tell you my #1 thing for getting pregnant. My dr's told me it would never happen. I have now had 3 pregnancies, missionary but the only time I have conceieved is if I have had the "Big O", which is not that often ( my problems, not the guys fault. I have a ual dysfunction).
