There is this boy in my math cl and he keeps looking at me even when we are in tha hallways he looks at me?

and when he walks with other girls he looks at me to see what my reaction is and he kinda gets mad whn guys talk to me and when we in cl he looks at me and i look at him and he starts smiling like crazy and i kinda like him but i don't want to tell him cause i am waiting for him to say something to me. by i think he likes me alot but is affarid to say it. What do you think?
