Has anyone known of anyone with "uncombable hair syndrome" (serious please)?

it is a real case. it just means the hair is always like a bad hair day all the time. my daughter is 4 w/it. i've looked up a lot but only 50 cases in world. i just want to know if the people that had it, if it did eventually change. my daughters hair is triangular shaped instead of tubular shaped.
