Bad Experience at work?

I worked for a month at a hotel for a summer job, it was horrible most people where rude to me because I was only 20, a guy who was 40 and a fellow porter was a complete weirdo and even asked me how my *** hole was one morning. That was last year but I am still getting anger attacks and worried I would experience this again if I took another job this summer
