We want to get pregnant, i have between 9/22-9/27 before ovulation. Anything i can do to ensure conception?

Its just in a few days for the window of opportunity. I'm 38 and healthy. I am under a lot of stress though. I do not take folic acid or anything else. I don't know if I'll even have time. Also not on BCs. Another problem is that I will be collecting the ejaculation myself and will self inseminate. My husband had himself fixed so we can not go the usual way to do it. Friends of ours is donating the "sperm". This was a last minute decision because we were talking w the friends and they said we could have theirs. We are very thankful and calculated the conception dates to be next week. Please help us, need to know what I should take in the short amount of time or do we just go for it on each of those days with insemination? At home method with syringe. I read the instructions. TY
