Lens is stuck on digital camera?

my friend dropped my brand new Casio digital camera last night and the outer part of the lens wont retract can still view pic's,any suggestions?or does anyone know anywhere in the south Yorkshire area where i could take it to be repaired bought it from Argos but don't think i have the receipt!
