Is my aries man is no more interested?

There is this aries man who fell in love with me at first sight and proposed me 8 months ago i wasn't intereted at first but he persued me like crazy for last 7 months, he was saying I Love You all the time but I never said it, he brought his family to my house as well to meet my parents and proposed formally. After all this i started to develop feelings for him, but he seemed to a bit changed now, he said his family is not agreeing and they have eyes on another girl. Moreover, he says he still loves me like anything but he has problems with his family. Before that he was calling me all the time more than 6-7 hours a day. but now he doesnt call, if ever calls it is not more than 2-3 mins and he says that he is very busy in his office work and now a days he has to work extra hours so it not possible for him to call all the time. I expressed my feeling for him now after 8 months and now he knows that i love him too but he is not responding with the pion he had before. I am unable to understand what is happening, is he no more interested or he is giving me a signal that it is over? It is difficult for me to forget him now as the love, care and pion he showed while pursuing me is unforgetable. I am unable to understand that when i was pulling away he started to pursue my with more devotion and never let me go away by occupying me all the time and now when i am dragged in why is he steping back. I want to understand that if it is over or is he really busy and taking his time. can anybody yze this situation and tell me what is going on? should I hang in there for him or should i move on. it is difficult for me to forget him this is for sure.
