If you go to a private meuse, do you tip them? They work for themselves and mage at their home?

I am getting a mage from a certified mage therapist that works out of their home. It is not ual/sensual whatsoever, but I don't know if a tip is necessary afterwards since she keeps all the money. At a spa, I always tip because she's only making so much per hour that the spa pays. But this is full on $80 for the hour all to her. Any advice on tip or not?
