How can i REALISTICALLY improve this eating regimen??
you are doing fantastic already but your calories are actually a tad low for the day. you are eating about 1,100 calories. you could eat more lean meat like chicken or tuna. and making your bread "whole grain or whole wheat" would be fantastic (if you're not already) sneek in more fruits and veggies whenever you can. also make sure you're not hungry EVER, that will deteriorate your -metabolism --which is how many calories you're burning. all in all you are doing well, you just seem like youre eating a little under what you should be because if you are as active as you say, your muscles need recovery fuel. good luck :)
