Has anyone had a vasectomy heal itself 5 years later?

My fiance had a vasectomy 5 years ago when he was with his exwife. We haven't given any thought to BC because of it. Well, I am now 5 days late, and I am never late. I am kinda freaked out to go buy a test! I'll give it a couple more days before I do.
