Fran and Max or Niles and C.C.? Who's the better couple?

I like Max and Fran <3 their relationship is more like a fairytale... it's romantic, they make eachother laugh, and you can see the spark. Niles and C.C. don't show their feelings that well and it's all insults. What do you guys think?
